If you own cryptocurrency on another platform or wallet, you can transfer them to your Alt Pro Wallet for trading.
Log into your Alt Pro account and click [Assets].
To deposit cryptocurrency, simply select the desired token, such as USDC, and click the [Details] button.
Click [Deposit] and you will see a pop-up window. Ensure that the selected network matches the network of the platform you are withdrawing funds from to avoid losing your funds.
To make your first crypto deposit to Alt Pro, create a deposit address. If you already have one, there's no need to generate a new one.
In this example, we will withdraw USDC from another platform and deposit it into Alt Pro. Since we are withdrawing from an ERC20 address (Ethereum blockchain), we will select the ERC20 deposit network.
Your network selection is determined by the options available on the external wallet or exchange from which you are withdrawing. If the external platform only supports ERC20, you must choose the ERC20 deposit network. When choosing a fee option, prioritize compatibility with the external platform over cost. For instance, ERC20 tokens can only be sent to ERC20 addresses and BSC tokens can only be sent to BSC addresses. Failing to choose a compatible deposit network will result in the loss of funds.
To transfer cryptocurrency, copy your Alt Pro Wallet's deposit address and paste it into the designated field on the platform from which you are withdrawing. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code of the address and import it to the platform you’re withdrawing from.
Upon confirming the withdrawal request, the transaction processing time may vary based on the blockchain network traffic. Once processed, the funds will be promptly credited to your Alt Pro account.
You can check the status of your deposit from Deposit History.
