How to Withdraw from Alt Pro

Let’s use USDC (ERC-20) to illustrate how to transfer crypto from your Alt Pro account to an external platform or wallet.

Caution: Incorrect information or network selection during a transfer may result in permanent loss of assets. Please verify the information thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer.

  1. Log into your Alt Pro account and click [Assets].

  2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. In this example, we will withdraw USDC. Click the [Details] button.

  3. Click [Withdrawal].

  4. During the withdrawal process, you will be prompted to confirm transaction information. Click [I understand]. It is essential to ensure that the network selected matches the address entered to prevent any potential losses. Incorrect network selection may result in the loss of funds.

  5. Next, enter the recipient's address.

  6. Enter the withdrawal amount and you will be able to see the corresponding transaction fee and the final amount you receive. Click [Contiune] to proceed.

  7. In order to complete this transaction, you must verify your 2-step authentication. Please follow the prompts on the screen for further instructions.

  8. Confirm the transaction details.

Note: Crypto transfers to addresses are irreversible. Alt Pro is unable to recover funds sent to an incorrect address or through the incorrect network.

Asset withdrawal is processed once a day. The withdrawal requests made up to 8 AM UTC of the day are processed by 10 AM UTC. The withdrawal requests made after 8 AM will be processed the next day.
