1. Deposit made to incorrect receiving/deposit address or Unlisted token deposited

Alt Pro does not provide a general token/coin recovery service. In exceptional cases where a significant loss has occurred due to an incorrect token/coin deposit, Alt Pro may offer assistance in recovery efforts at its discretion. We have established procedures to assist our users in recovering their financial losses, however, it is important to note that recovery success cannot be guaranteed. To facilitate prompt assistance, kindly provide the following information in case of such an occurrence:

  • Alt Pro account email

  • Token name

  • Deposit amount

  • Corresponding TxID.

2. Deposit to an incorrect address that doesn't belong to Alt Pro

In the event that tokens have been mistakenly sent to an address not associated with Alt Pro, we regret that we are unable to provide additional support. You may reach out to the relevant parties, such as the owner of the address or the exchange/platform to which the address belongs, for further assistance.

  • Your full name

  • Email address associated with your account

  • Any additional information that can assist us in identifying you and your transaction, such as transaction ID or account number.
