Create an Alt Pro account

Always check that automated emails come from 'no-reply@alt.pro' or another valid Alt Pro email address. Do not reply to or click on any email links without a valid address to complete your account setup.

What you'll need

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Your full legal name & date of birth

  • Your government-issued ID for verification purposes

  • Your current address details (P.O. Box's not accepted)

  • A computer or smartphone connected to the internet

Alt Pro doesn’t charge a fee to create or maintain your Alt Pro account.

1. Create your account

Go to https://alt.pro/ from a browser on your computer or mobile.

  1. Click or tap Join Alt Pro.

  2. You’ll be asked for the following information.

    • Email address

    • Password

  3. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  4. Check the boxes and click Sign up if you agree.

  5. Alt Pro will send you a verification email to your registered email address.

2. Verify your email

  1. Select Verify Email Address in the email you received from Alt Pro. This email will be from no-reply@alt.pro

  2. Type the 6-digit verification code in the email.

3. Verify your identity

To buy, trade, convert, and more, you'll need to complete basic verification, which takes as little as two minutes.

  1. To get started, click Continue to proceed. You’ll be asked for the following information.

  2. Select the device. (Easier on mobile)

  3. Fill in the form with your personal information and click Next.

For further inquiries, please reach out to our support team at support@alt.pro to open a Customer Service Ticket. To help us serve you better, please provide the following information when contacting us:

  • Your full name

  • Email address associated with your account

  • Any additional information that can assist us in identifying you and your transaction, such as transaction ID or account number.

We require this information to open a Customer Service ticket. Without it, your complaint email will be considered premature and will not receive a response.
