2. Are there any trading fees?

The quoted price for trade includes trading fees. Market mode quotes are based on current market conditions and the quoted amount represents the exact amount of assets you will receive upon successful completion of the trade.

3. Who can use Alt Pro?

Identity Verification is a requirement for trading on Alt Pro. After completing the verification process, users can access all platform features, including checking prices and executing trades.

Please note that at this time, Alt Pro is only available to residents of the outside of the United States.

4. What are the minimum and maximum trade amounts?

The minimum and maximum trade limits for each coin/pair are available for review prior to entering a trade. These limits may vary for different coins/pairs.

5. How are trades settled?

Trades on Alt Pro are processed and settled directly into your Alt Pro wallet. The settlement time may vary, with most trades being settled immediately or within a few minutes after confirmation.

6. Why does it say “insufficient funds”?

To confirm a trade, you must have the assets you sell in your Alt Pro wallet.

7. What are the differences between Market and Limit modes?

Alt Pro offers two modes for converting your assets: market mode and limit mode.

Market mode allows for immediate conversion at the current market price, while limit mode allows you to set a specific price for conversion.

In limit mode, your order will only be executed when the market price reaches or exceeds your specified limit price.

Please note that limit mode order execution is subject to market conditions and may not always be completed.

8. Why is the quoted price different from the market price?

Alt Pro dynamically quotes the best market price, inclusive of trading fees, based on current market conditions. The quoted price is locked for a brief period for your review before executing the trade, ensuring that the previewed amount of assets is the actual amount received in your account. No hidden or additional fees apply.

9. Where can I check my trade history?
